Learning to Drink (Try #2)
Now that B is doing solid foods, we’re also feeding her water at dinner time…from a glass. Thus far, we haven’t felt the need to splurge on a sippy cup. I understand that they are all the rage, but one part of me likes the thought of getting B trained to use a real cup from an early age. I’m sure that there will be plenty of accidents, but something grates on my nerves ever so slightly when I see a four-year old running around carrying a sippy cup.
(I’ll be sure to go back and reflect on this sentiment after our first tomato-juice-all-over-the-white-carpet incident.)

I need that picture!!! She is so sweet. Her hair looks almost retro!
YAY!! I’M ALL FOR A SIPPY CUP FREE WORLD!!! Katie loves her cup, too. (and I agree – the hair is def. retro…)
Who is her beauty operator? No sippy cup! No tomato juice!
SFDad hates tomato juice, so if B follows the “like father, like daughter” rule, perhaps we don’t have to worry about that!
